Vesak / Mother's Day Event
Hello grades 7, 8 and 9,
Here is a power point sample of what Ms. Hesty and I would like you to create for your mothers and to be presented on our Vesak day celebration. Please keep in mind that we only want one page for each student (I’ve only provided these 7 pages in my power point so that you have these 7 different examples). You can do something different than what I have done here but it cannot be more than 1 page. Do not copy anything I have written as this needs to be in your own words. You are also allowed to do your page in Bahasa Indonesia.
Be sure to work quickly on your page because we need to combine all the pages into one BIG Power Point after everyone is finished and that will take some time too.
IMPORTANT: Put your name in the lower right corner of your power point slide (make it small – 8 point) so that we can put the slides in order more easily. Also name your file with your name, like I might name mine: Scott’s mom.pptx Another suggestion is that after you know who your group leader is, send the file by email to her or him.
Also, please remind your friends to check their emails so that they can have these examples I’ve provided too (some of your friends only check their emails once a month or even less).
